Shipping & Returns
Below are some common questions about shipping, returns, and exchanges
Can I return an item?
Damaged items can be returned following our returns policy. All custom items that have club branding or other special treatments cannot be returned.
Can I get a discount for bulk orders?
Please email us to ask about bulk order discounts.
Can I request an item or piece of clothing that isn't in the store?
Yes. If you see an item elsewhere that you would like branded with LWPFC please let us know and we will try and add it to our store.
Can I get notified when an item comes back in stock?
Yes. Email us and we will send you a notification when an item is available again.
Orders
Below are some of are common questions about orders
Can I return items that are the wrong size for exchange or refund?
Most of the items are custom branded and cannot be exchanged or refunded. Please take care when choosing sizes and colors! Non branded items can be returned for a refund. Shipping might apply to some items that were delivered free of charge.
Is there a minimum order for free shipping?
We try andprovide free shipping on most items, but some smaller or very large orders may be subject to a shipping charge. Please check with us if you have a large order if in doubt.
What items do not qualify for free shipping?
Some very small, low cost items may not be eligible for free shipping, such as stickers and coasters.
Can I get express shipping?
We might be able to help with express shipping. Contact us to find out if that is possible.

Below are some common questions about our products
Can I request a product that is not in the shop?
We seek feedback on our products and if you see a product elsewhere that you think we should carry please let us know and we will see if it is possible to add it to the store.
Can I request a color or size of an item that is not available in the shop?
Our club branding is quite well represented in all of our products but you can requst a certain color and if we can provide that we will let you know. We do stick to our brand guidelines so it may not be possible to offer certain colors.
Can I buy my child's uniforms in the store?
The club store is mainly for fan gear and off field apparel. Player uniforms are available through our partners. Contact your coach for details on how to order uniforms.
